Privacy
This policy covers olivemedspa.com — this website, and nothing else. How the clinic handles your medical records is a separate document: our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we give you at your first visit and keep at the front desk.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no account to create, no mailing list and no online booking on this site today. We do not run analytics, so we do not know how many people visit, which pages they read, or where they came from.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. The fonts are served from this site rather than loaded from another company, so opening a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.
What our host records
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs — the requesting IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser that asked for it. Every website has these. They exist to keep the service running and to stop abuse. We do not use them to identify anyone and we do not combine them with anything else.
If you email or call us
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to answer you, and we use it for nothing else.
Please do not send medical details, photographs of a concern, or anything else private by email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel and we cannot treat it as one. Bring it to the consultation, where it belongs in your record and is protected as one.
Your rights in California
California residents can ask what personal information a business holds about them, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and opt out of its sale or sharing.
We do not sell or share personal information, and this website gives us almost nothing that could be sold: we collect none of it here. If you want to make a request anyway, email or call us and we will answer it.
Exercising any of these rights will never change how you are treated at the clinic.

Our address links to Google Maps so you can get directions. Once you follow a link off this site, that company's privacy policy applies rather than ours.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
When this changes
Online booking is being set up. When it launches, this site will collect information for the first time, and this policy will change before that happens — with a new date at the top.
